Bright blue floral pattern silk with bloused top and round jewel neckline Padded Shoulders Dolman Sleeves Fabric Bow that sits over the hip of the skirt Sequins and Beading on the Neckline and the Cuffs Fabric covered buttons at neckline in front, also in back Fabric covered buttons at sleeve cuffs Eye and Hook closures and zipper, also in back Partially lined throughout bodice and skirt Bust: 46" Waist: 28" Hips: 35" Length: 44" Sleeve Length: 46" ***there is some kind of stain on the bottom of the dress - it is not very noticeable - it is possibly some kind of oil.
