Unfortunately one Wiseman is missing and Joseph is missing The tallest of the statues is 8 inches the shortest of the statues is 3 inches. The widest is the camel at 6 inches. The man itself is 12 inches wide by 11 inches high. And I really like the details on the hand work. The major is 7 inches deep and has the hole in the back if you wanna add a light.
