Vintage Artisan Hand Crafted Velvet Lined Oil Painted Canvas Faux Book Box

Vintage PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE Swiss Luxury Timepiece Jewelry Theme Hollow Velvet Lined Faux Book Box Hidden Compartment Storage Hiding Place Very rare & unique faux book. This was purchased in London in the late 1980s or early 1990s. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is an artist's homage to Patek Philippe watches, and not affiliated with the jewelry Company per se. Measures roughly 15" long, 11" wide, and 3" deep. Very neat antique hollowed-out wooden faux book, bound in beautiful & ornately hand crafted painted fabric (canvas?) and lined with a velvet/velour felt inside. Great condition with minimal wear & scuffing. Sold as pictured.
