Vintage Arthur Pepper “Art” Silver and Green swirl pendant/necklace

Very cool necklace! The pendant is a Dark emerald green mottled Bakelite stone with yellow and (I think) brown swirls intertwined and marked ART. The center gem is a very light blue (topaz?). The Pendant is a fairly decent size. It measures 3.25 inches. It’s in very nice condition and needs to be shown off.
