Beautiful condition, described by artist as Turquoise green. No chips or cracks, tiny scratch at the base - please see all pictures. Signed in the bottom but not dated but looking into this artist more it looks like it was made in the 1960’s. Stands approximately 3.5 in tall, 9 in long, and 6.5 in wide.
