Vintage Art Deco Service Bell, Ornate Brass with Handle on Top, Gorgeous Details

Cool Brass Bell with Unique Design! Brass scroll work runs throughout! The bottom pedestal has a circular pattern border with dots on the edge. The bell sits on top with diamonds and curving lines. Then the bell ringer knob is in the middle with a curving arched handle on top. Unfortunately, the knob doesn't work for ringing any longer, but the design is still impressive! May be able to be fixed by the right person. Sturdy and in beautiful condition, aesthetically. Measures 3.875 inches in diameter and approximately 4.5 inches high. Likely used for service in a residence or at a hotel desk.
