Vintage signed wall art by Turner. Art Deco or Victorian style. Features a lady and gentleman, a courting couple. Signed. Framed to 9-3/8 inches x 8-1/2 inches. Paper backing is torn and does not have a hanger. The frame could use a paint touch up in a few areas. There are a couple spots on the artwork. Please see photos.
