DEADSTOCK 1960S ARROW CASUAL SHIRT - LONG SLEEVE - BLUE - 15.2" NECK - 33" CHEST - SQUARED 60s STYLE COLLAR Back in the 60s, they assumed if you knew the neck size, you knew the other measurements. As I cannot take it out of the package. A size 15.2 neck corresponds with medium/large shirt. But since it's vintage, it may be a bit more slim fitting, putting you into medium territory. They used to print sizing and washing information onto tbr fabric of the shirt. They expect you to wash that bit out. Researched the tag, it's definitely from the 1960s. Plastic is dirty. Shirt isn't.
