Adorable vintage donkey plush by Animal Toy Plus of New York, dating from the 1950s–1960s era. This hard-to-find plush features: • Golden tan body with cream muzzle and belly • Big floppy ears with darker accents • Mohawk-style mane and long tail tuft • Pink plastic eyes with stitched brows • Original red ribbon around neck • Tag reads “Animal Toy Plus, New York, NY” Measures approximately 12 inches tall (to top of ears) and about 14” from nose to tail tip. Condition: Good vintage condition for its age. Some wear, light staining on paws and muzzle, and mild fabric aging (see photos). Still retains great character and displays wonderfully for collectors of mid-century plush animals or donkey memorabilia.
