Vintage Angelskin Coral Cameo Hat Pin, Cravat Pin, Victorian Influence

I see no markings for metal content, but it’s most likely gold fill. The attached leaf is most likely gold. My best guess for the opaque plaque is angelskin coral, or the lightest blush pink shell. I can’t tell about the raised head: is it carved or some type of molded material? I don’t have the original cap or clutch.
