Very good condition, iconic pre-owned goldtone tropical Angel fish brooch. White rhinestone crystals & black enamel. Park Lane was a popular company in the 90's as it thrived in Home Party catalog sales. Each piece had a bit of a steep price tag, but guests were enticed to order additional products for greater discounts. The more you spent, the greater the deal - and that was a good thing for the party hostess. Living room parties is what we had before the WWW. The sales rep would often times allow a couple of days before she closed the party sales form, in order to help the hostess get outside TPOs (Telephone orders) from the company catalog pamphlet.
