The casserole dish itself has beautiful and unique molding at the base. This is Anchor Hocking 1 quart dish # 1436, made in the USA of brown glass. It is in excellent condition with no chips, breaks, or cracks in the dish. The lid has two chips in the lip that can be seen in the photos. This is a vintage item, so the carrier is in great shape but does have wear signs such as staining, discoloration, or worn wicker in spots.
