Vintage Amy Adams Polka Dot Blue White Ruffled Collar Dress

Cute ruffled collar, buttons on front are purely decorative, has a zippered back. No size or care tag, feels like polyester,measures as an aprox Medium, and I have washed and dried normally. Left sleeve has come unhemmed shown in last pic, but it would be an easy fix. This is from 60/70s Era.
