Vintage Americus Gold filled watch

Old world Americus Automatic self winding watch! Very Handsome great looking gold watch. Marked 10K RGB which is the original Rare *Gold Filled* It's still working when wound though it needs some adjustment as it has a part I can hear moving inside, that said, it's still working after 50+years at the time of this listing-- So will need adjustment/repair and leather band needs repair.
