Thumb Index, good condition, pages are in very good condition. This was my father’s cookbook when he was a chef in upstate New York. You’ll notice the Riverside is written in on the second page, this was a restaurant located in Tupper Lake, NY. Published by the Culinary Arts Institute, Chicago 1947.
