This unique Vintage American Buffalo Bison Brooch Pin made in a Realistic manner by an unknown artist is in excellent gently used condition. It appears to have been sealed with a Shellac Resin which protects the beautiful hatched fine paint strokes creating this lovely miniature piece of artwork. It measures approximately 2.” The material used as the canvas of the pin is unknown. It is lightweight and feels like a resin, wood or bone. I didn’t want to investigate too deeply and risk damaging the integrity of the piece.
