Vintage Alva Studios Crocodile Brooch

A vintage brooch by Alva Studios dating to the 1960's. Alva Studios created a variety of museum reproductions of ancient and pre-Colombian artifacts - many being represented in their jewelry.This particular brooch depicts a brass-tone crocodile, somewhat tribal looking in its style. The brooch is marked "Alva Studios Reproduction" on the back. It has a standard safety clasp pin backing.In excellent condition no signs of wear.measures in length: 2.5 Inches and in width: 0.5 Inches.
