This vintage aluminum colander, featuring a 7 star pattern. They are also referred to as a strainer and typically have handles and three feet. These colanders were popular in the 1940s and 1950s. They are used for draining pasta, rinsing fruits and vegetables, and as a decorative item in a farmhouse-style kitchen. Great for collectors of vintage antique pieces. Has small signs of aging and a small dented spot. See past pic did not try and fix it. Gives it character of past use. Thanks for looking!
