I’m not 100% on the year but based on the printing company and label it’s estimated to be from 80s-90s, possibly early Y2K timeline. The graphic has a pre-distressed look to it and their is some actual distress from wear mainly on the text in the banner and the red wings. This shirt has been altered, the sleeves have been cut and excess fabric has been tied into a bow on each shoulder. It makes for a more fitted, sexy look.
