Cute vintage 1950s circle skirt featuring a swirled polka dot pattern in black and white. Fun fact: I bought this directly from the original owner! ~Velvet flocked (see closeup photos) ~Non-elastic waist with a metal zipper and plastic button closure ~Belt loops on waist ~Not lined ~Likely made of acetate ~Spot cleaning or dry cleaning only is recommended when needed The fabric is unique. It's a bit stiff so it holds it's shape well without much of a petticoat. The fabric feels kind of like . . a shower curtain. Lol! It's flocked and satiny on the outside, the underside feels like smooth plastic. No size tag. Fits like a smallish-medium. Please see measurements below.
