Vintage Alpaca Silver & Abalone Butterfly Brooch

The Silver used in making Alpaca Silver Jewelry & crafts is not made of Silver but is a mix of metals that make it look rich like silver. The jewelry is handmade in Mexico, Central & South America by talented Peruvian and Mexican artisans. The alpaca jewelry in corporate real semi-precious gemstones, handmade glass and abalone. The wings are sectioned by the Alpaca Silver and inlaid with Abalone with pinks, blues, greens, teals, & browns. Size: 1 3/4" x 2" Age: Mid to Late 1900's Condition: Good ***There is a small missing piece of abalone in the lower right wing. Some of the abalone appears to have cracked over the years.***
