Vintage Alpaca Mexico Cuff Bracelet

This is a vintage cuff bracelet marked Alpaca Mexico. An inlaid abalone flower on a red background. I believe that this is brass. Very little give. I have small wrists, and this is a very tight fit, so this may be a child's bracelet. Good used condition. Non smoking home.
