black I think but I do have cataracts and cannot differentiate between Navy & Black sorry, size 30, Nacona made in Texas, has some discoloration on inside leather pictured but could only be from me wiping the belt off before imaging I don't know, pretty good pre-owned condition, has some scratching on surface of metal parts, structurally sound with no stains or tears, pet friendly non smoking home
