Vintage All Clad Copper Small Sauce Pan With Lid 1QT?

Please check measurements as I am unsure of exactly how many quarts this pan is. Purchased for my own personal use but unfortunately since we have hard water I can't seem to get them to look the beautiful copper color without polishing every time and quite frankly I do not have the time for it!
