pamroper1969 I have a notification that I’m supposed to get free shipping because it’ll be my first order but it’s not offering that at checkout. Do you have any idea why or what I am supposed to do to get that offer?

penny326 @pamroper1969 Hello I just looked it up because I knew if you were on a party that was selling online in real time and it was your first order that you got free shipping but I went online and looked and You only have 48 hours after you join Poshmark to get that free shipping. It’s a Catch-22 and not really fair but that’s what it is.

penny326 @penny326 I’m terribly sorry it’s worked out that way if it has been after 48 hours but you see I can’t give you free shipping as it is on a seven dollars I make four dollars I think as it is. I’m terrible sorry 😞

penny326 @pam_gadberry if you did just open it and it’s been within 48 hours you should get free shipping and it may have to go all the way through the process for that to happen and you know you have the right to cancel that order within a couple hours of making it so if it don’t give you free shipping, you can cancel it or I could cancel it for you and then we could write them and see why you weren’t getting free shipping
