Includes frosted/etched glass hurricane shade with grape/leaf motif and metal gallery. Works and lights up. Condition: pre-owned with surface wear/soil from age and use. Shade has multiple small rim chips/flea bites (see photos). Base shows minor edge wear including a small corner chip on the square foot (see photos). Leviton on/off switch on cord.
