Amazing RARE FIND vintage, unique pieces! Handmade Afghan Ersari placemat rugs. (Set of 2). These are each 1 of a kind! They make a beautiful place setting for entertaining. Beautiful, deep vibrant shades of red with cream fringe edges. I can almost guarantee no one you know will have these at their table. My mom was an antique/art dealer & dealt in rugs quite a bit. She paid a pretty penny for these 50+ years ago. These were in her personal collection! All appx 12”x12” give or take a tad, not including the fringe edges. Weight is appx 11oz each. These were made in the late 60s/early 70s. Sturdy wool material. Note: I’ve seen a couple similar on other high-end sites; but they are much smaller & are listed at $330 for 1! There are a couple fakes out there as well, please don’t be fooled by those! I have 10 total, all unique & excellent condition. I have 1 set of 2 & 2 sets of 4 listed separately!
