Vintage Adorable 18 month Romper

This romper is adorable with the ruffles in the back. The fabric is a light pink or blush color and it has small red and blue flowers. The straps can be crossed in the back to help keep them up on the shoulders. The straps button in the front. There are two snaps for easy diaper changes. There is some loose threads on one of the straps (see picture), but it cannot be seen when it is on because it is underneath the bodice front panel.
