Vintage Accurate Accuframe fishing reel Penn Senator Accuplates 4/0 Gold Handle

I’ve been trying to figure out exactly what this reel is. I know it’s a accuplates on the sides… see accurate on the gold handle and says it’s 4/0. It appears to be brass. Looks like it could be a Penn senator 113H. This was my grandfathers and has been in a box for over 25 years. It’s in great condition. It’s very sturdy and heavy. Please look at all the pictures.
