Vintage Abstract Print Secretary Button Down with Neck Bow

A fun, vintage 1980s office top is in excellent condition! From the brand is Rhoda Lee. Features short sleeves and a neck tie that can be tied into a bow. Print is rather abstract, but kinda looks like polka-dots and kinda looks like flowers. Shades of orange, peach, and purple, with a bit of blue on a white background. Vintage size 8-- but I think its better suite to a modern Small, and tagged thus in the listing. 100% polyester. No found flaws. Approx.
