Cape feels like silk chiffon (there is no materials tag) Condition: In good vintage condition with a few signs of wear. There is a stain on the front of the dress which is not visible when wearing the cape. There is a bit of fraying on the seam allowance of the cape as well as a small tear near the string of the cape (see pics for details) Size-Tagged a size 7/8 and should fit as such but please see measurements to ensure proper fit.
