Vintage AFSFSA Sterling Silver Charm

A great sterling silver charm. The charm is from the 1970’s. It is a ASFSA (American School Food Service Association) charm. The charm is a shield shape and measures 1/2”. The top of the pin says ASFSA, the center has an open palm with a bouquet of vegetables, and the bottom says Finis Coronat Opus. It is stamped Sterling on the back. The charm has not been cleaned or polished and has considerable tarnish on the back. The charm weighs 2 grams. It is a hard to find pin.
