Vintage A Touch of Hawaii Top

Super cute with habiscus flower and leaves. This shirt has elastic around the waist and arms. Actual shirt does not have stretch. One small dot on top of flower as noted in picture. Hard to see. Please see measurements. Could fit medium- but has no stretch. Pit to pit approximately 21.5” Shoulder to hem approximately 20.5”
