Vintage A Happy Home Recipe Poem Lacquered Decoupage Wood Plaque Picture 7"x9" The picture is finished with very thick lacquer. There are a couple of chips in the plywood towards the bottom of the picture that are completely covered in lacquer. There are a couple of small areas along the edge that the lacquer has missed. I think the imperfections add to its charm.
