Vintage "A Friend Is Always There For You" Bulldog & Teddy Bear Figure Giftware

Zelda Wisdom Westland Giftware from 2002 item #4784 titled "A friend is always there for you". Made in China. Depicts a bulldog or maybe a boxer snuggling with a teddy bear. No chips or cracks. Slight paint loss at the top of the teddy bear ear. Some yellow paint to the dogs muzzle. I believe the figures are a resin material and the base maybe ceramic. It weights about 11oz.
