This piece is about 6.5" wide x about 7.25" tall x about 1" deep. The frame is a painted wood. The front has a burgundy - plum velvet.
There are no chips or cracks. Due to its age, there is a little fuzz on the velvet. There is a divot in the velvet with a mark on the silver coloring of the bottom of the cameo. Best seen on the last photo.

Is there glass over the photo part and is it curved or flat?

@elisak1273 It is clear plastic with a silver plastic "metal" sround the transparent plastic. The image is a print.
