Vintage 925 Silver and Onyx Earrings

Dangle earrings with a fishhook back 925 Silver markings (V 925) There’s also a second stamp or engraving of some kind but I can’t read it. If I had to guess I’d say it’s “Mexico” but I can’t confirm. Some scratches and tarnish on the back of the earrings. The tarnish would likely clean but I don’t want to risk damaging them so I’ve just polished with a cloth. Length 1/2” Width 3/8” Depth 3/16”
