Vintage 90s/y2k Black Velvet Winter Snowflake Cardigan style sweater jacket

This cute cardigan is a stretchy black velvet with a feather trim around the neck and a sparkly painted snowflake design. It is tagged a size 2X. Brand is 3K Fashion made in USA. Material is stretchy and it has shoulder pads. Also, has some fancy buttons. It is in nice condition. I do not see any issues. Measurements while garment laying flat: -Across chest underarm to underarm 24" can stretch to around 29" -Sleeve length underarm to end of cuff 18.5" -Length from top of shoulder to bottom 33"
