Vintage 90s/Y2K Black Velour Halter Maxi Dress 7/8

This vintage 90s/Y2K Jump dress is a size 7/8. This velour dress is black with jewel accents. It has a halter top, falls to maxi length, has a slit, is a polyester/spandex blend and is hand wash only. This dress has whimsigoth vibes and is in good vintage condition. Flaws The elastic on the straps and around the halter top is wearing out and needs replacing. Note: All vintage items are going to have signs of wear.
