Vintage 90s/Y2K All That Jazz Prom Maxi Dress 11/12

This vintage 90s/y2k All That Jazz dress is a size 11/12. This maxi dress has a black velvet top and a teal green satin skirt. It has an empire waist, has a zipper/button closure, and ties at the back. The top is an acetate/nylon blend, the skirt is an acetate/rayon blend and its dry clean only. This dress has whimsigoth vibes and is in good vintage condition. Flaws The skirt has some snags and it needs to be dry cleaned as the skirt has some spots. Note: All vintage items are going to have signs of wear.
