97% polyester & 3% Spandex makes this dress soft & stretchy. It has a 2 button closing on the halter style neck for size adjustment & it zips down halfway on the back. The upper part of the back is left bare. The material is very soft, velvet-like in a pretty lime-green color. Size L(11/12). Smoke & pet hair free home. Very vintage 90's!🔥

blazergonian @cascadiachick Actually, it measures 25" from the "V" on the neckline to bottom of the hem. It measures 23" from the top of the halter part in back & 36" from the top of the halter part in the front. I posted some more pictures. Hope this helps you.😉
