Y2K Chiffon floral dress by Marla Kim White with brown tone florals all over, large bell sleeves, and a zipper down the side. Size Small Bust 16" Waist 13" stretches to 15" Length 39" Bell Sleeve opening 16" Good condition. No holes or stains. The left sleeve has the tiniest bit of fray on the hem of the sleeve. See photo.
