Vintage 90s velvet A-line jacket

This is a beautifully draped jacket with an attached scarf that’s velvet on one side and soft satin on the back. Self-covered buttons. It was made to be casual (very comfy and washable) but it looks great over a mini dress for the holidays as well as worn as a tunic. 29” long; 29” wide (flat) at the hem.
