Vtg 1990s dress in a smoky grey velvet. Bust is smocked or shirred so there is ample stretch. Made in the USA. 🦊 For reference, I am 5’4”, and wear small-med in standard sizing. I wear med-Large in Juniors. I am most comfy in size 6-8 dresses.
