Vintage 90s sequin flapper beaded and fringe dress

I don't believe this is from the 20s but it certainly looks that way..it i.sequins and jet glass beads embellish the silk Lawrence kazan dress in a paisley pattern...the cap sleeves and the faux wrap skirt are trimmed in beaded fringe....there is a cutout back in case you feel you need even more .va .va voom...padded shoulders full y lined and in excellent condition...caveat there are 2 fringes missing at the back but I don't believe it affects the look .this is a beautiful quality vintage dress..i believe 80s
