The tag said that the fabric came from France. -Another unique feature of this dress is the matching sash that could we worn in a variety of ways- as a waist belt, neck tie or hair bow! -And the cute ceramic tassel ends add to the character as well! -Perfect condition -40” length -Sash is 53.5” in length -Size 4, small through the chest.
