Vintage 90s hand knit cozy embellished holiday button down Christmas sweater M

This sweater is wonderful, very heavy & also hand-knit. Made in the late 80s or early 90s by the Charter Club brand, it was one of the sweaters my mom wore on occasion when she was a children's librarian. She loved fun prints & most of all - coziness...this would be for the holiday season. The sweater is wonderful & detailed in every way . It is hand knit as well and a v neck cardigan with enamel wreaths for buttons! The print runs thru the sleeves and front with the sweater back being plain black. The front has a ribbon that continues thru the ornaments, wreath, bulbs and bells with beads, ribbon and sequin 3D details. The material is ramie & cotton and wonderful to wear - soft and cozy. It also has easily removable shoulder pads - they're original to the late 80s early 90s so the new owner may decide their fate It is a womens size medium but measures: Length 27" x Sleeve 21" Width armpit to armpit across back 23"  This sweater is fresh, clean and has been stored folded flat. It's also from a smoke and pet free environment.
