cute 90s tie back button down blouse! Label is Norton McNaughton, polyester. Has a cute under curved collar and a snap between the buttons at chest to make sure it stays closed. Well made and no flaws to note. Material is not stretchy but has adjustable waist with the tie in back. Marked size medium. Nice finished front look with covered buttons.
