This vintage 90s/Y2K Zum Zum red and black floor length gown is a size 13/14. It has a black velvet empire waist and a red skirt. It falls to maxi length and has slits up both sides. It has a zipper closure, is a nylon blend and is dry clean. This gem has whimsigoth vibes and is in good vintage condition. Flaws Some staining on skirt that may come out after dry cleaning.
