Vintage 90s Zip up Halter Dress

I call this one a fixer upper lol Perfect for an upcycle Needs work/repair to the weaving in the bust as shown in last two images Otherwise it’s like new with no flaws beyond a missing ribbon belt that’s MIA Price recflects all that and I’d DIY the cups with studs and/or safety pins and make a matching belt in the same fashion if I had the time to revamp this one Size M with some stretch Zips up and down
